# REFUND & RETURN POLICY

## WAITLIST DEPOSITS
[If collecting deposits:]
- Deposits are **refundable** until 7 days before product ships
- Refund requests: email RIDE@boundbychrome.com
- Processing time: 5-7 business days

[If NOT collecting deposits yet:]
- No payment collected at this time
- Policy will be updated before first product launch

## PRODUCT RETURNS (When Available)
- **30-day return window** from delivery date
- Items must be **unworn and unused** with original tags
- **No returns on protective gear** that has been worn or damaged
- Return shipping: customer responsibility
- Refund processing: 7-10 business days after we receive item

## NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items worn in a crash (safety compromise)

## EXCHANGES
Email RIDE@boundbychrome.com within 30 days for size exchanges (subject to availability).
