## 1. WAITLIST TERMS
- Joining the waitlist does NOT guarantee product availability
- No payment required to join
- We reserve the right to limit quantities at launch

## 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, and designs are owned by BOUNDBYCHROME LLC. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

## 3. PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS
**IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:**
- **Prototype/concept items** shown are NOT certified protective gear
- Items labeled "fashion/lifestyle" provide NO crash protection
- Only items marked "CE-certified" meet safety standards
- Riding motorcycles is dangerous — gear reduces but does not eliminate risk

## 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BOUNDBYCHROME LLC is not liable for:
- Injuries sustained while wearing our products
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues beyond our control (shipping delays, etc.)

## 5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Florida law.

## 6. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance of changes.
